CAMPING EQUIPMENT HIRE AGREEMENT AND CONDITIONS

The hire must be for minimum of 2 days

Hire charges are per item per day

Charges commence from day of collection until the day of return

Total hire charges(including deposits) must be paid in full in cash before commencement

Prior to taking goods on hire concrete identification e.g ID/, passport etc will be required.

If the equipment is not returned on the agreed date, we will charge for the extra days.

All loses and damages must be paid by the clients.

Full deposits will be returned on a day of return if there are no damages and losses.

Please allow yourself plenty of time for checking the goods by our staff.

Goods can be taken out during our normal working hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm from monday to saturday.

Sundays and holidays are special arrangements.

Adventure Upgrade Tours will not accept responsibility for injury or damage to persons, their property in their possession, which might arise from the use of otherwise for the equipment.

We will not pay back any more money because of cancellation of safari or its shortening.
